Real Estate Accountant

2 YEARS IN REAL ESTATE ACCOUNTING FOR A COMPANY BASED IN UNITED STATES

APPFOLIO SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE A PLUS

RHAMCO, real estate investment management, is looking for a Real Estate Accountant with a minimum of 3 plus years real estate accounting experience. Candidate will have flexibility to work remotely.

This individual will oversee accounts receivable, reconcile accounts on cash basis, make journal entries to close out month, correct vendor billing issues and produce monthly reports to owners.

Real estate experience is highly preferred.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in accounting or similar field is required.
-Skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data.
-Minimum of 3 plus years of experience in accounting.
-Experience with AP, Bank Recs, Journal Entries and GAP.
-Excellent organizational skills
-Detail orientated
-Ability to work independently
