RN, MD, Medical Scribe

This one is a Sr. Level person.
You must be a MD, PA or NP to apply; OR
have substantial experience working in our EHR: eClinicalWorks; OR
have substantial experience in Durable Medical Equipment, Wound Care, Laboratory

Excellent English, Excellent medical knowledge and use of EHR software.

We are a fast paced medical company that operates multiple clinics, labs, and medical equipment delivery.
We have employees in Cebu city Philippines, Panama, India, and US.

Here are a few things you’ll do in this diverse role:

- Shadow the MD’s and scribe their progress notes.
- Answer the phones and coordinate, Rx, scheduling, collections
- Refer patents to various support services: labs, radiology/MRI, surgery etc.
- Enter all results into medical records
- Data entry - medical transcription
- Verify patient benefits and explain the patient's benefits to them
-Prepare appointment paperwork patients and explain the documents on the phone to them.

You'll need:

*a quiet reliable (home) workspace without background noise.

***Internet: 3.8Mbps/3.8Mbps (up/down), the higher the up/down speeds the better.
-You will be on VOIP calls, and working in EHR at the same time.
-and also multi-party video conferencing is very taxing on your internet.

windows 10 or macOS, a large display will help you-but not required.
on your laptop we use: zoom, eclinicalworks, Bright Tree, odoo.com, excel, nextiva

a mobile phone, preferably an iPhone
on your mobile we use WhatsApp, grasshopper, nextiva, odoo.com
