JOB OVERVIEW

Mostlybooked is a pricing agency specializing in short-term rentals. We use data-driven insights to optimize revenue and maximize client earnings.

As we scale, we are looking for a highly analytical Revenue Analyst to take charge of pricing decisions, revenue management, and market analysis. You will be working closely with our data science team to refine pricing strategies and ensure we stay ahead of the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Optimize Pricing & Revenue Strategy
- Analyze pricing performance and make strategic adjustments to maximize revenue.
Implement proactive pricing strategies based on market trends, seasonality, and lead-time analysis.
Ensure competitor price positioning is factored into decision-making.
* Market & Competitor Analysis
- Track market occupancy, lead-time trends, and seasonal demand fluctuations.
Identify pricing opportunities and risks in the short-term rental space.
Adjust pricing strategies based on data insights and past performance.
* Data-Driven Decision Making
- Must be comfortable not just analyzing data but making pricing decisions based on it.
Ensure that pricing models align with business objectives and adapt based on real-world performance.
Work with the data science team to refine and improve pricing strategies.
* Revenue Monitoring & Execution
- Monitor monthly revenue trends and apply the appropriate pricing adjustments without needing oversight.
Identify patterns in underperforming listings and proactively implement solutions.
Continuously test and refine pricing strategies to ensure sustained revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong analytical skills and experience making data-driven pricing decisions.
Background in revenue management, pricing, financial analysis, or similar.
Ability to interpret market trends and optimize pricing accordingly.
Experience with PriceLabs, Airbnb, or short-term rental pricing is preferred.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with numbers & making pricing decisions.
Attention to detail – ensures accuracy in pricing execution.
Experience in revenue management, pricing, financial analysis, or similar fields.
Experience in data analysis (but not just reporting—must have experience making decisions based on data).
Ability to interpret data trends and optimize pricing accordingly.
Familiarity with PriceLabs, Airbnb, or short-term rental pricing (highly preferred but not required).

-$620-$780/month (based on experience).
-6 hours/day, 5 days per week.
-Fully remote with growth opportunities.
