REMOTE CALL AGENT

We are seeking a motivated Remote Scheduler (Appointment Setter) to join our team! You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and scheduling appointments for our insurance agents. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads
Schedule appointments for insurance agents based on availability
Maintain and update records of calls and scheduled appointments
Follow up with potential clients as needed
Meet daily and weekly call targets

Qualifications:
Fluent in English with a neutral accent
Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
Ability to work in U.S. time zones (preferred)
