Main Responsibilities:
1. Financial Record Keeping:
Accurately track and update financial transactions for multiple real estate properties using QuickBooks Online, including thorough bank reconciliations.
2. Report Preparation:
Generate and review essential financial reports such as Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and rental income summaries, identifying trends and addressing inconsistencies.
3. Client Account Management:
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, managing all financial details to ensure accuracy and compliance across all accounts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience, showcasing expertise in general ledger work, bank reconciliations, and comprehensive financial reporting.
- Advanced skills in QuickBooks Online, Adobe PDF, and Excel for efficient data management and reporting.
