Your expertise will be instrumental in setting up, optimizing, and maintaining our financial processes, ensuring they are accurate, efficient, and compliant. Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and oversee the company’s QuickBooks account from the ground up.
* Accurately enter, categorize, and reconcile financial transactions.
* Generate detailed financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
* Collaborate with tea
* Optionally, provide guidance and training to the team on effectively using QuickBooks.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
* Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial management practices.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with the real estate industry is highly advantageous.
* Ability to train and mentor others on QuickBooks functionality is a valuable asset.
