Quality Control Specialist

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Quality Control (QC) Specialist to ensure operational excellence and oversee a team of 20+ employees in our fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The QC Specialist will be responsible for managing, training, and monitoring a team of employees to ensure high performance and compliance with company standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain multiple workflows consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage & Supervise a team of 20+ employees, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
Monitor Workflows to ensure that influencer campaigns are executed efficiently and correctly.
Enforce Quality Standards by reviewing work, identifying issues, and implementing improvements.
Provide Training & Coaching to employees to enhance their skills and productivity.
Coordinate with Management to report on team performance, quality concerns, and operational needs.
Develop & Implement Processes to improve efficiency and maintain high-quality output.
Ensure Compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
Address & Resolve Issues that arise within the team to maintain a smooth operation

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous experience in quality control, team leadership, or operations management preferred.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work 7 days a week to maintain continuous quality oversight.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining company standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
