The Role
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. As a QA Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and functionality of our complex product, helping us maintain our commitment to excellence. This role involves testing new features, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with the product and engineering teams to deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design, execute, and document test cases to ensure product quality and functionality.

Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution using issue-tracking tools.

Collaborate closely with the product and development teams to clarify requirements and validate feature functionality.

Conduct regression testing to ensure that existing functionality is unaffected by new updates.

Provide detailed feedback to support continuous improvement in product development.

Work with cross-functional teams to understand and address customer pain points through thorough testing.

Help with standardized documentation of API endpoints


Qualifications

Previous experience in Quality Assurance, software testing, or a similar role.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with QA tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, etc.).

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus: Experience in the staffing or recruitment technology industry.
