We’re looking for a Quali Caller & Virtual Assistant to handle customer interactions, schedule calls with leads, and provide general virtual assistance in other areas. You’ll be a key player in helping us convert leads into clients while supporting various tasks across our operations.

?? Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify Leads: Contact leads, engage in meaningful conversations, and qualify them for a consultation.
- Schedule Calls: Coordinate with leads to schedule appointments for follow-up consultations, ensuring timely communication.
- General Virtual Assistance: Assist with a variety of tasks such as subtitle corrections, content posting, and other administrative duties.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and maintaining a positive rapport with leads and clients.

?? Requirements:
- Native English Speaker: Must have perfect grammar and English skills.
- Perfect UK or US Accent: Clear, professional accent when speaking with leads.
- Flexible Working Hours: Must be available to call leads during morning and evening hours (based on UK and US time zones).
- Allrounder VA Skills: Experience with general virtual assistance tasks, such as content management, administration, and minor technical tasks.
- Bonus: Experience with YouTube SEO or general YouTube management is a plus!
