reconciling bank statements
reconciling balance sheet
payables, coding invoices
And especially familiar with: ****entering and managing: 1) prepaid expenses, 2) depreciation 3) amortization of notes

We are a multi-discipline and multi-location medical company in the US.
We operate medical clinics, laboratories and medical equipment leasing companies.
In this role, you will be processing sales/delivery tickets daily and recording those as line items in an invoice in QBO.
We reconcile bank statements and balance sheet entries, with capital asset depreciation schedules and amortization schedules.
You’ll help answer phones directly and ‘accounting’ calls with be forwarded to your extension in our phone system.
We are migrating our financials from QBO to odoo over the rest of this year. **If you have actual experience with odoo, we would like to speak to you.
We operate medical clinics, laboratories and medical equipment all together. You will learn each product and services that we offer in the medical field.
You will also become very familiar with the billing codes.
The starting monthly rate for this position is $650.00 - $800.00 per month to be paid on a bi-weekly basis by direct deposit, wire transfer or bill-pay through onlinejobs.ph or payoneer.
Your first review is in 6 months and annually thereafter.
We will work with you online for training and lots of screen share to get started. We have a mandatory training in Cebu City.
As an employee of Ciara, you will be requested to travel to the US for training periods of 3 months or more. Although not mandatory, it is highly recommended as it completes your understanding of the flow of our work.
The most successful candidate:
