QA Tester – Logistics SaaS Startup

Job Overview:

We are looking for a QA Tester to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our Logistics SaaS platform. You will report to the Project Manager and collaborate with Developers, UI/UX Designers, and DevOps Engineers to build a robust testing strategy. Your role is crucial in minimizing defects, improving product quality, and ensuring smooth deployment cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Testing & Quality Assurance:

Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for SaaS applications.

Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing.

Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using JIRA or similar tools.

Collaboration & CI/CD Integration:

Work with Developers to implement test-driven development (TDD) best practices.

Collaborate with DevOps Engineers to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.

Provide feedback to UI/UX Designers to improve usability and accessibility.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with SaaS security and performance standards.

Analyze test results, report quality metrics, and suggest improvements.

Stay up to date with QA best practices and automation trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in QA testing for SaaS or cloud-based applications.

Strong knowledge of automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).

Experience with API testing using tools like Postman.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.

Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or E-commerce SaaS platforms.

Knowledge of performance testing and load testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

ISTQB or equivalent QA certification is a plus.
