Job Overview
As a QA Manual Tester at EETech, you will play a critical role in ensuring our software products meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design test plans, execute test cases, and identify defects before release. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering flawless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Design:
Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and user stories.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to understand project specifications.

Manual Testing Execution:
Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing on web and mobile applications.
Execute test cases and document test results accurately.

Bug Identification & Reporting:
Identify, document, and prioritize defects using established bug tracking systems.
Work closely with development teams to communicate issues and ensure prompt resolution.

Quality Assurance Processes:
Assist in defining and improving QA processes and standards.
Participate in test reviews, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

Collaboration & Communication:
Provide clear and concise feedback on product quality and usability.
Maintain open communication channels with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers across different time zones.

Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in QA and testing methodologies.
Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in manual testing or quality assurance roles.

Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect lifecycle.
Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems.
Basic understanding of web and mobile technologies.

Soft Skills:
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time efficiently.

Great to have:
Experience with Agile/ScruUpgrade to see actual infothodologies.
Knowledge of basic SQL queries or scripting languages is a plus.
