Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Cypress or similar automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the reliability and performance of our digital platforms. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to implement best testing practices and drive quality assurance efforts.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Cypress or similar frameworks.

Implement and maintain end-to-end, regression, and performance testing strategies.

Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define test automation requirements.

Identify, document, and track software defects in collaboration with development teams.

Ensure continuous integration of automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.

Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or REST-assured.

Optimize and enhance test automation frameworks for scalability and maintainability.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in test automation.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in QA automation using Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for writing automation scripts.

Experience with API testing and automation.

Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail, Jira, or similar.

Experience integrating test automation with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).

Understanding of Agile/ScruUpgrade to see actual infothodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Bonus Skills

Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.

Knowledge of containerization and cloud-based testing (Docker, AWS, GCP).

Familiarity with security testing concepts.

Exposure to accessibility (a11y) testing principles.
