Please answer the following screening questions:
> Have you worked with NetSuite or any other ERP systems? If yes, can you describe your experience?
> Have you managed stock levels for multiple warehouses or suppliers? How many SKUs or suppliers were involved?
> Have you coordinated with international suppliers or freight forwarders? How did you manage time zone differences and communication barriers?
Responsibilities:
> Raise weekly stock purchase orders and warehouse transfers in NetSuite.
> Update shipping times, create new stock codes, and receipt stock in NetSuite.
> Analyze stock levels (3000+ SKUs, 4–5 suppliers) to ensure continuous supply across warehouses.
> Monitor and update Excel spreadsheets linked to NetSuite data.
> Place supplier orders based on stock analysis; liaise with international suppliers on purchases and delivery timelines.
> Reconcile purchase orders and maintain communication with vendors to ensure accuracy.
> Build strong relationships with suppliers, cargo forwarders, and internal teams.
> Provide administrative support to the purchasing team.
Requirements:
> Proficiency in Excel and NetSuite.
> Strong verbal communication skills in English.
> Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with routine tasks.
> Ability to prioritize, work independently, and escalate issues when needed.
> Experience with Gmail and remote work.
