Position Overview:

As a Purchase Manager, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish. This includes sourcing quality materials, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely deliveries to support seamless production and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders and requisitions.
- Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of materials to meet production and project schedules.
- Analyze market trends to forecast pricing and mitigate cost increases.
- Develop and monitor procurement budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Procurement Expertise: Proven experience in purchasing, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes and vendor management.
- Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms effectively to achieve cost savings and supplier loyalty.
- Market Awareness: Knowledge of market trends and pricing dynamics in relevant industries to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to evaluate supplier performance, manage budgets, and optimize procurement strategies.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work from 8 am to 6 pm New York time.
