SOMA Success Coaching exists to inspire people to dream big, and turn those dreams into reality. We empower successful people to tap into their unfulfilled potential and take charge of their lives, and build wealth in the process.

We have two streams of content and offerings:
- We inspire and guide women to build wealth, using proven goal-setting methods and a mix of practicality and spirituality to get aligned, and create the life they dream of. We use goals as the catalyst for personal and spiritual growth that transcends every arena of life, and creates a lasting impact.
- We teach real estate investors how to grow their wealth with real estate and multifamily. We also connect and lead real estate investors to each other, their goals, and their actions. We create and host opportunities for investors to authentically network, and learn from each other and guest experts. We offer one-on-one coaching, live workshops, masterminds and provide personalized guidance to support dedicated and ambitious investors in creating - and expanding - a real estate portfolio that aligns with their personal goals.

We provide tools, coaching, and content to show women it’s possible to have it all. And teach them how to go for it. We are focused on creating tools, content and inspiration to help women have the courage to state their dreams, and create a plan to turn those dreams into goals they actually achieve.

There are a few “buckets” of work that we need support with. We’re more interested in finding the RIGHT candidate with a great attitude, and keen interest in the work, instead of hiring solely for “titles” or very specific tasks.

Past experience with specific work tasks outlined is a strong asset but not essential
Past experience in the personal growth/online business/real estate investing industry an asset but not essential



We're looking for ONE superstar or TWO superstars to help us with these two buckets of work:



Public Relations: This is for both our wealth-building/personal growth and real estate investing divisions
Find and identify aligned public relations opportunities that results in increased visibility, credibility and the opportunity to reach more clients, including interviews, podcasts, video, speaking engagements, and other opportunities
Generate, create and submit pitches that result in Lisa and Troy being a guest on podcasts, shows, and more
Research potential media opportunities for our brand and compile results
Research and compile contact information for key media contacts and podcast hosts
Find opportunities for guesting on podcasts
Review HARO, Facebook groups and other resources to identify opportunities
Build key relationships for long-term collaboration and opportunities using the Dream 100 Strategy
Keep media kit up-to-date and relevant
Craft press releases and publish when applicable
For the right person, there is also an opportunity for this to expand into social media writing, and additional opportunities, hours and growth



Copywriting Editor:
Take a podcast outline and copy, and turn into emails and social media copy to promote the episode on our channels
Take content from 70% drafted to 100%, with a strong attention to detail for grammar, and understanding of the nuance of each platform (ie. “Link in Bio on IG” versus “Link below” on Facebook/Linkedin, how to tag people on each platform, etc).
Generate copy for podcast guests that they can share with their communities including an email and social media copy (can do this from podcast outline)
Edit draft communications for accuracy, brand alignment, consistency and effectiveness including pitches, emails, and social media copy
Ensure all content has key items including a Hook, and Call to Action
Create SOPs for our team related to copywriting to help everyone improve
Understand team vision, our community and the business and be able to catch context/content errors
Comply with important regulations with respect to ethical advertising, especially in the context of real estate
Draft compelling networking event descriptions, emails and inviting copy
Ability to effectively utilize but not rely on ChatGPT
Ability to edit, proofread and improve upon what ChatGPT has created and ensure accuracy, brand alignment, consistency with copy

*Note: With one candidate, this is approximately 5-10 hours a week. If one person is able to complete all this work, it will be 10-20 hours per week with room to increase.
