Property Manager VA

We have a property management company and are looking for someone who can guide us in building the systems to ensure successful operations.

We want this PM to:
- Do market research in order to advertise our units via social media, rental websites, etc.
- Have accounting knowledge in order to generate relevant reports
- Ensure that the processes that we do have are being followed by our onsite PMs and subcontractors.
- Handling incoming phone calls.
- Find the contact information for every MHP owner in the state of Louisiana, MS, and TX.
