- Scheduling cleaners
- Review tasks of cleaners
- Create ticket (if cleaners have issues creating ticket)
Knowledgeable in Guesty ( Property Management Software)
Help with the day to day
Be Confident answering and making phone calls

Experience and Proficiency
Good English communication skills (written and verbal), and also good communication with our team
Be able to complete task on deadlines
Should have experience as an Short Term Property Management Support as a VA **IMPORTANT
Has experience using project management tool is a must (Guesty and Breezeway)
Able to work in a team environment is a must
