Using Doorloop software and phone to monitor Rent Collection and Maintenance Requests: Collect, post, and send rent reminders, and coordinate maintenance requests with landlords and tenants.
Vendor Coordination: Obtain price quotes for repairs and schedule vendors as needed.
Tenant Screening: Work with team to Conduct background checks for rental history and employment references.
Lease Management: Work with team to renew leases for tenants, keep insurance up-to-date, and document all relevant information in the doorloop portal.
