We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Management Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will assist in managing various aspects of our property portfolio, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional tenant relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Promptly follow up with potential tenants and maintain an organized database of leads.
Customer Service: Address tenant inquiries and concerns via
Lease Administration: Review and prepare lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Tenant Screening: Assist in the screening process by conducting background checks and verifying references.
Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and vendors.
Rent Collection: Monitor rent payments, send reminders for due or late payments, and update financial records accordingly.
Marketing Support: Create and manage property listings on various platforms to attract prospective tenants.
Administrative Tasks: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and maintain organized digital files and records.

Requirements:
Previous experience in property management or real estate support roles.
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
