Job Title: Property Manager - Real Estate Operations Specialist
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional for a Property Management Role to oversee and optimize operations for our real estate portfolio. This position demands strong organizational skills, proficiency in the GoHighLevel platform and Google Suite, excellent English communication abilities, and a willingness to work during US Mountain or Eastern Time.

*Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations for a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, coordinating maintenance, and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records using GoHighLevel and other property management tools.
- Schedule and oversee property maintenance, inspections, and vendor services to maintain property standards.
- Track lease agreements, renewals, and rent payments, ensuring timely collections and recordkeeping.
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare budgets, track expenses, and create financial reports.
- Monitor occupancy rates and assist in marketing vacant properties to potential tenants.
- Use Google Suite to manage documents, schedules, and communications effectively.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with tea
- Work closely with other tea
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance property management efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
*Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of real estate operations and tenant relations.
- Proficiency in the GoHighLevel platform for CRM and property management tasks.
- Advanced skills in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and build positive relationships with colleagues.
- Familiarity with task management tools like Asana for tracking property-related projects and tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities.
- Willingness to work during US Mountain or Eastern Time.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards in property management.
