Property Data Research (US Real Estate Data Verification)

We are a fast-growing US-based software company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with property research and data verification. Your job will be to review property records on official county websites and make sure the information matches what our system has gathered.

You will also help us catch and correct occasional mistakes made by our AI-generated research. Most of the data is accurate, but when errors happen, your keen eye will ensure we deliver the highest quality to our clients.

You will play a key role in helping our clients (insurance agents and property professionals) get accurate and fast property reports.

Responsibilities:

• Confirm property details (square footage, property characteristics, etc.) by checking county property portals
• Review AI-generated property data and correct any obvious mistakes if found
• Update or correct information directly in our software (training provided)
• Add any missing information you find, along with comments and the link to the official source
• Respond to new tasks within 10 to 60 minutes
• Communicate with the team if any questions or problems arise

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable reading and understanding US property records (training provided)
• Ability to spot and correct errors in AI-generated research
• Basic experience with spreadsheets or online tools
• Fast and reliable internet connection
• Available to work during US business hours (at least 4-6 hours daily within 8am EST - 6pm PST window)
• Good written English skills
• Can commit to full-time work if needed

Preferred (but not required):

• Prior experience in property research, data entry, or real estate
• Familiarity with county property portals or public records
• Experience using any SaaS / CRM / internal software systems
