Position Overview:
We’re seeking a driven and ambitious Property Acquisition & Sales Representative to join our team. This role is focused on expanding our property portfolio by identifying and securing new properties for HostSensei to manage. As the face of our company for property owners and investors, you’ll play a key role in onboarding new clients, cultivating relationships, and presenting the value of our co-hosting services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify & Pursue Leads: Research and identify property owners, Airbnb owners, landlords, and real estate investors interested in short-term rental management services.
Sales Outreach: Conduct outreach through cold calling, email, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct consultations with property owners to understand their needs, present HostSensei's offerings, and address any questions.
Market Analysis: Analyze real estate trends in the Houston area to identify opportunities for HostSensei’s expansion.
Lead Conversion: Manage the acquisition process from lead generation to property sign-up, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction with HostSensei’s services.

Requirements:
- Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in US real estate sales, property acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and understanding client needs.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the US real estate market, specifically in the rental and short-term rental sectors.
- Airbnb Knowledge: Familiarity about short-term rental business, OTA platforms like Airbnb, and Co-Hosting.
- Driven & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, meet targets, and contribute to a fast-paced, growing team.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
