Are you an experienced professional in the promotional products, screen printing, or embroidery industry? If you have at least 3 years of experience with the same company and are eager to grow your career with a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!

Who We Are:
Promofect is a growing promotional products company in New York specializing in custom-decorated apparel and online company stores. We work with platforms like Inksoft, Chiply, Printavo, Shopify, and more to deliver creative and high-quality solutions to our clients.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking motivated remote professionals with:
(1) 3+ years of experience with the same company in the promotional products, screen printing, or embroidery industry.
(2) Knowledge of software like SAGE, Printavo, Inksoft, Chiply, or Shopify (a plus). (CommonSku is also a plus, although we don't quite use it yet)
(3) A strong understanding of various industry workflows, including order management, customer service, or production processes.
(4) A proactive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
