Recruiting an additional tea
Duties/Responsibilities
• Review incoming client project requests and create idea books, presentations and proposals.
• Research and source promotional product solutions and recommendations from our large network of suppliers.
• Organize all pre-sales efforts: order client requested samples, tracking samples to ensure delivery, requesting product design templates, understanding product printing limitations, creating product virtuals, etc.
• Attention to detail when building idea books and sourcing product:
• Adding products that are in stock, if an item is out of stock, easily and quickly finding a similar item that is available. If nothing similar is available, using critical thinking to find a replacement item.
• Updating product pricing and adding run charges when applicable.
• Clean order entry, submit order and collaborate with Support Team to manage entire order process from beginning to end.
• Creative problem solving and critical thinking when there are order issues.
• Track and communicate any design and/or production updates to the internal team.
• Spending time learning the supplier/vendors to build knowledge base of current and future product offerings.
• Manage customer inventory e-commerce stores including inventory management.
Required Skills/Abilities
• 1+ year in the promotional product industry
• Solutions-oriented who is a creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguity and natural problem solver – feels accomplished when working to find a “fix”.
• Proven history of exceptional and passionate attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in all forms: verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and time
• Possess skills to prioritize and make independent decisions
• Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
• Discipline to work remotely
• Knowledge and comfort working with spreadsheets
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (incl. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Asana, Slack.
Compensation based on experience.
