Promo & Launch Virtual Assistant – Reddit, TikTok, FB & Creator Outreach

We're launching a digital product brand selling template “vaults” to niche online creators (coaches, ghostwriters, Etsy sellers, etc.). We need a detail-focused VA to help us post, promote, and distribute content across channels like Reddit, TikTok, and Facebook—and track campaign results to determine what works.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Posting pre-written promo content to Upgrade to see actual info threads and Facebook groups
• Uploading and scheduling short-form video to TikTok or Reels
• Sending DMs to niche creators for product collab or affiliate deals
• Creating Bitly tracking links and campaign reports
• Updating a Notion/Google Sheet to log daily results (clicks, opt-ins, sales)

Tools You’ll Use: Reddit, TikTok, CapCut, Bitly, Notion, Google Sheets

What You Need to Succeed:
• Strong written English (for posting and replies)
• Experience with social media posting and/or launching products
• Comfortable using Reddit, TikTok, and Facebook groups
• Reliable, proactive, and great at staying organized
• Not afraid to DM influencers or engage with niche communities

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
• Used CapCut or Canva to edit short-form content
• Familiar with LemonSqueezy, Gumroad, or email opt-ins
• Prior experience with affiliate, influencer, or viral launches
