We are a fast-growing digital agency specializing in web design, hosting, and marketing services. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Project Manager who speaks excellent English and can handle client communication, team coordination, and day-to-day operations.

???? Key Responsibilities:
Manage website and digital marketing projects from start to finish

Act as the liaison between clients and our team (attend Zoom calls, take notes, clarify requirements)

Create and manage tasks on ClickUp or similar project management tools

Follow up with developers, designers, and freelancers to ensure deadlines are met

Handle basic quality control (check grammar, layout, and client requirements)

Maintain communication with clients in a professional and friendly manner

Assist the founder with daily priorities and keep the team organized

? Qualifications:
Excellent written and spoken English

Experience managing projects (preferably in web or marketing agencies)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly

Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive

Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Google Drive, WordPress, Canva, or similar is a big plus
