Role Overview
As the Project Manager & Team Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end marketing and web development projects for our clients while leading cross-functional internal teams. You will leverage tools like Coda to streamline workflows, manage deliverables, and foster strong partnerships with clients. In addition to project oversight, you will ensure the team is aligned with client expectations, timelines, and the agency’s strategic goals.

This is a growth-driven role, designed for someone eager to develop their career in a supportive, dynamic environment. Success in this position can lead to future opportunities such as Senior Project Manager, Director of Project Management, or even Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:
- Manage the full lifecycle of marketing and web development projects for a diverse range of clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Utilize Coda to create dynamic project dashboards, streamline workflows, and maintain project documentation.
- Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead client meetings, provide regular status updates, and manage expectations by identifying risks and offering solutions.
- Ensure all project deliverables align with client goals, brand guidelines, and quality standards.

Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of marketers, designers, and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Balance workloads and manage resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Facilitate internal team meetings and cross-department collaboration, ensuring smooth communication between departments.
- Provide constructive feedback and performance reviews, supporting team growth and development.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, offering strategic insights, and delivering results that exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with clients to refine project goals, adjust timelines, and ensure alignment with evolving business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services based on client needs and project outcomes.
- Manage client feedback loops, incorporating insights into project improvements and future strategies.

Process Improvement:
- Continuously optimize project management processes using Coda and other tools (e.g., Trello, Slack, Google Workspace).
- Develop SOPs and templates to standardize workflows team projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and team satisfaction.
- Facilitate post-project retrospectives to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of managing both teams and client relationships.
- Experience working in an agency environment, managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Coda with a strong understanding of building dynamic documents, workflows, and automations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, web development processes, and project lifecycles.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead meetings, manage clients, and present to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Coda, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, etc.
- Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with web development platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media campaigns, and other digital marketing channels.
- Knowledge in UX/UI design collaboration and understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Previous experience working with global teams and managing projects across multiple time zones.
