We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager – Real Estate & Construction to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing real estate development and construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in utilizing modern project management tools and methodologies to drive success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple real estate and construction projects, including single-family, multifamily, commercial, and industrial developments.
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement corrective measures to maintain timelines and quality standards.
Prepare and deliver project summaries, minutes, and actionable insights after stakeholder meetings.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Collaborate with the accounting team to oversee financial reporting, manage project budgets, and control expenditures.
Utilize construction management software (we actually use Buildertrend for our construction management, can you please reply to the message with the word Buildertrend) ex.Procore, Contractor Foreman) to streamline workflows and track project milestones.
Create and review project designs using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup, producing detailed plans and renderings.
Leverage CRM and productivity tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Asana) to optimize team communication and efficiency.

Qualifications
Proficiency in using construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, Buildxact).
Strong knowledge of project planning, resource management, and financial oversight.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
Familiarity with market listing platforms (e.g., Zillow, MLS) is advantageous.

Preferred Skills
Expertise in construction and property management workflows.
Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate) to enhance efficiency.
Create SOPs with video
Ability to create photorealistic renderings using tools like Lumion and Enscape.
Experience in financial tools such as QuickBooks and Xero for budgeting and reconciliation.
