Who We’re Looking For:
We’re evolving, growing, and keeping up with the times by transitioning to a fully virtual workspace. That means we need someone who’s adaptable, eager to learn, and loves improving processes. If you’re a self-starter with strong leadership skills, a knack for organization, and a passion for making things run smoothly, this role is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Daily Adventures)
Project Management & Coordination
• Track incoming orders and keep everything running smoothly with Microsoft Excel
• Create purchase orders using Microsoft Word & Excel
• Order products through our in-house design and quoting tool
• Be the glue between our office staff, sales reps, and accounting team
• Manage projects from order placement to final billing
• Ensure all documentation is properly filed, updated, and organized
• Generate and share project status reports with leadership
Process Improvement & Innovation
• Review and refine project templates to streamline workflow
• Implement best practices for project management & documentation
• Standardize reporting methods for clear, efficient communication
• Develop templates and procedures to simplify common project tasks
• Help introduce project management software like Jira, ClickUp, and more!
