Project Manager & Operations Specialist

Our growing Ecommerce marketing agency is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to continue to streamline our agency operations and enhance client success. This role combines project management with process improvement to help us scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage client projects and timelines in Asana
Communicate with clients to collect needed information to move projects forward
Create and optimize SOPs for agency workflows
Support owner and team members to ensure deliverable quality
Communicate clearly with team members to keep projects moving forward
Identify efficiency opportunities and implement solutions
Be willing to learn AI tools to improve and accelerate your workflow

Requirements:
Project management experience
Expert-level Asana proficiency
Google Workspace proficiency
Willingness to use AI tools to help operationalize the agency
Ecommerce or marketing background is helpful
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strategic thinker and self-starter who thrives in remote work
U.S. time zone availability for video meetings
