We're looking for a PMP-certified Project Manager to step in and get a marketing launch project across the finish line. Work for a parenting coaching business dedicated to empowering parents of children ages 3-15.

Brief description
Project managing for cross-functional teams across the organization and outside the organization, with dependency planning.

Basically, you’ll ensure that no one wonders, "What am I supposed to do today?"

Project details
You’ll be serving a coaching company launching a three-day challenge. At the end of the challenge, they’re selling a high-ticket coaching program to challenge participants.

An internal team of five, two agencies, and a sales team are supporting the launch activities. You’re not leading anyone; you're just the project planner and organizer. You’ll ensure everyone understands what they need to do every day until the project is completed.

This project will run from Wed. February 26th to Mon. April 7th

What you’ll do
Organize the plan in Notion: Take the activity database (list of around 87 activities for the project) and add dates based on dependencies, so everyone knows what to do each day. Set up the plan in the company’s Notion project management software.
Adjust plan daily based on changes: Attend the 15-20 minute daily status update meeting to take notes during the meeting. Right after that meeting, meet with the business owner & marketing lead to adjust the project plan based on changes. Note all changes in the Notion work plans for all staff.
Get status updates from the sales team: Check in 3x a week with the sales team to get their status update, since they don’t attend the daily meetings. This is a 15-minute call with one person on the sales team that’s the designated lead.
Get status updates from agencies: Attend meetings with two outside agencies to take notes & adjust plans, so they know what to do to deliver on time.

Who You’ll Work With
A five-person internal team plus a sales team spread across different time zones
Two outside consultancies (ad agency and course/community platform agency)
The entire team will report to you.

What You Need
PMP Certification
Expert in Notion for project management
Bonus: Experience with marketing launches for online businesses

COMPENSATION: $400 USD
MEETINGS:
All-staff meetings: There is a mandatory weekly all-staff meeting at 8:15 am on Tuesdays (Philippines time)
Status update meetings: There is a Daily 1 pm (Philippines time) status update meeting every day except the Philippines’ Sunday. This is 20 minutes for status updates from the team and 30-40 minutes to touch base with the Owner and Director of Marketing to readjust the plan. Note: It’s okay to edit the Notion plans in real-time during meetings so all updates are completed once the meeting has ended.
FLEXIBILITY: Mostly set your schedule and work at your convenience, outside of meetings.
REMOTE WORK: Enjoy the freedom and flexibility of working from anywhere.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR: This is a contract position without benefits or a 13th-month salary. Only direct workers should apply. No agencies, please!
