Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MDT, 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHT
Compensation: ?150.00/hour + ?727.48 per paycheck internet allowance

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee key marketing initiatives, optimize sales outreach, and streamline content and SEO efforts to drive business growth.

About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in sales, content marketing, SEO, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and be capable of improving outreach strategies, refining email marketing campaigns, and leading content initiatives to enhance visibility and conversion rates. This role also involves managing additional small projects and tasks as assigned to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation Support
Develop and implement strategies to enhance email marketing effectiveness.
Optimize sales outreach processes for increased engagement and conversion.
Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven improvements.


Content & SEO Strategy
Oversee content creation efforts to align with SEO best practices.
Coordinate with content creators and SEO specialists to produce high-quality, optimized materials.
Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of engaging marketing content.


Project Management & Coordination
Manage marketing workflows and task delegation within GoHighLevel (GHL).
Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, from planning to reporting.


Other Projects & Tasks as Assigned
Assist with miscellaneous projects related to digital marketing, client outreach, and process improvements.
Support the team with administrative or operational tasks that contribute to overall company success.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Experience in project management, digital marketing, or sales support.
Strong Understanding of email marketing, sales funnels, and lead generation tactics.
GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is a MUST.
Hands-on Experience in SEO and content marketing.
Excellent Communication & Organizational Skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
Self-Motivated & Proactive in problem-solving and driving initiatives forward.
Adaptability & Willingness to take on additional projects and tasks as needed.
