Project Manager – Logistics SaaS Startup

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of SaaS product management experience to lead the development of our Logistics SaaS platform. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of SaaS product development, and hands-on experience managing technical teams. You will be responsible for the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring on-time delivery, seamless execution, and alignment with business goals. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of Frontend & Backend Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA Testers, and DevOps Engineers, while also collaborating with stakeholders to shape the product’s vision and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop and manage the project roadmap, milestones, and timelines.

Define clear project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.

Ensure timely development, testing, and deployment of features.

Continuously assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead and manage a cross-functional Agile team.

Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture.

Ensure seamless collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Technical Oversight:

Oversee CI/CD pipeline setup and cloud infrastructure deployment.

Work closely with Frontend and Backend Developers to maintain product quality.

Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to optimize user experience.

Coordinate with QA Testers to implement rigorous testing processes.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting:

Provide regular updates to leadership and investors on project status.

Gather and analyze user feedback to drive product improvements.

Maintain comprehensive documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Project Management for SaaS or Logistics Tech products.

Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Hands-on experience managing cross-functional software development teams.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Strong SaaS product knowledge, including scalability, integrations, and monetization models.

Proficiency in JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana for project tracking.

Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud architectures.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or E-commerce SaaS startups.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP certification.

Knowledge of data security, compliance, and SaaS scaling strategies.
