JOB OVERVIEW

We are a cutting edge legal marketing agency specializing in helping injury law firms grow their case revenue.

We are looking for an experienced project manager to assist us with the organization and execution of fulfillables on the backend of our business. Ideally someone that has experience managing high spend accounts with local business. Ideally you have legal marketing experience as well.

Client & Account Management
Onboarding Clients – Collect intake forms, set up CRM, and establish campaign goals.
Regular Client Check-ins – Weekly/monthly calls to review performance and align expectations.
Managing Client Expectations – Educating clients on realistic lead generation results.
Reporting & KPI Tracking – Creating reports on lead quality, cost per lead, and conversion rates.
Handling Client Requests & Issues – Addressing concerns about lead quality, campaign adjustments, etc.
Team Coordination & Operations
Delegating Tasks – Assigning responsibilities to ad buyers, copywriters, designers, and appointment setters.
Setting Up Systems & SOPs – Optimizing workflows for lead handling and follow-ups.
Monitoring Team Performance – Ensuring ad buyers optimize campaigns and setters qualify leads properly.
Overseeing Lead Nurturing – Making sure leads get proper follow-up sequences (email, SMS, calls).
Ensuring CRM & Pipeline Accuracy – Keeping HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or any CRM updated.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Managing Paid Ad Campaigns – Overseeing Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn ads for legal lead generation.
Split Testing Creatives – Running A/B tests on ad creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
Improving Funnel Conversions – Optimizing lead capture pages, VSLs, or webinar funnels.
Adjusting Targeting & Budgets – Making data-driven decisions on ad spend allocation.
Monitoring Lead Quality – Filtering out unqualified leads and improving targeting strategies.
Sales & Lead Handling
Coordinating Appointment Setters – Ensuring inbound leads are followed up within minutes.
Building Outreach Strategies – LinkedIn automation, cold email campaigns, or SMS sequences.
Refining Lead Qualification Criteria – Aligning lead qualification with client needs (e.g., case type, location, budget).
Nurturing Leads That Didn’t Convert – Retargeting or following up with inactive leads.
Optimizing Call Scripts – Ensuring setters use high-converting sales scripts.
Scaling & Process Improvement
Exploring New Traffic Channels – Expanding to YouTube ads, TikTok, or direct mail.
Creating Client Case Studies – Showcasing success stories for credibility.
Automating Workflows – Setting up automations to reduce manual work.
Tracking Industry Trends – Staying ahead with new legal marketing tactics.
Building Retention Strategies – Ensuring clients stay long-term by providing ongoing value.
