About Us:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to oversee content scheduling, team coordination, and engagement-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient content execution and optimizing social media efforts to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Coordination & Scheduling
- Plan and schedule social media content at least 60 days in advance
- Ensure timely content production by coordinating with internal teams
- Align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns
- Platform Management & Engagement
- Oversee daily operations and content posting across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
- Monitor engagement metrics, respond to audience interactions, and manage community engagement
- Analyze platform performance and refine strategies to enhance growth and engagement
- Creative Execution
- Edit and repurpose video content for various platforms
- Design visually compelling social media graphics using Canva
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices across social media channels

Technology & Tools Management
- Utilize ClickUp to manage content calendars, team workflows, and project deadlines
- Leverage GoHighLevel (GHL) for automation, email marketing, and funnel integration
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution

Qualifications

- Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business
- Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
- Advanced knowledge of ClickUp and GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Proficiency in video editing and Canva
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail
