JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator, Client Relations

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project workflows, ensuring tasks are completed on time and deliverables are met.
- Break down projects into clear steps, assign tasks, and track timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Ensure all teams have the resources and information they need to execute their work successfully.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Prepare and organize materials for client presentations and internal project updates.
- Schedule and lead internal project check-ins to ensure progress and accountability.
- Use project management tools like Upgrade to see actual info and Notion (or similar) to track progress.
- Monitor project hours and costs to maintain efficiency.

Qualifications:
2+ years experience in project management with a strong ability to coordinate teams and workflows.
Highly organized and process-driven, with strong attention to detail.
Experience with project management tools such as Upgrade to see actual info/Notion (Preferred), or other similar platforms.
Good experience in using Google Slides or PowerPoint for creating presentations.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to manage deliverables, timelines, and project briefings efficiently.
Passion for the outdoor industry is a plus.
