Project Manager - ClickUp Master

Position Overview
Crimson Media Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ClickUp Master to oversee and optimize our project management processes. This role is integral to ensuring our operations run smoothly, automations are functioning effectively, and our team is empowered with the right tools and workflows. As the ClickUp Master, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our ClickUp platform while collaborating closely with our team to drive efficiency and success.
This is a full-time, 40 working hours per week position. Working hours from 7:00am to 3:00pm EST Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
Task Management: Assign ClickUp tasks to the correct teaUpgrade to see actual infombers with appropriate due dates to ensure accountability and timely delivery. (Onboarding, Offboarding, Recurring and new tasks)
Recurring Task Creation: Develop recurring tasks for all departments and collaborate with the team to create a comprehensive timeline for these tasks.
Database Maintenance: Update the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) database as per approved processes to keep resources accurate and up-to-date. Maintain the company's resources like Google Drive as per the updated files needed in and for ClickUp.
Automation Development: Create new automations in ClickUp based on the evolving needs of the team and the systems in place.
Automation Monitoring: Regularly check all ClickUp task automations to ensure seamless functionality and address any issues promptly.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside the team to review automation workflows, gather feedback, and implement improvements based on suggestions.
Meeting Attendance: Participate in weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings to discuss progress, gather input, and align on priorities.
Progress Reporting: Share a detailed progress report with the Integrator and Visionary at the end of each week to provide updates on system performance and task completion.

Qualifications:
Proven experience with ClickUp and similar project management tools.
