JOB OVERVIEW

The Project Manager for Special Initiatives is responsible for leading and executing key programs, including "The Huddle," a bi-weekly meet-and-greet, and Brainstorming Sessions (in development). This role also oversees global and chapter event management and supports other strategic initiatives, including the launch of a new member community platform.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing resources, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet desired outcomes. The ideal candidate will align project activities with organizational goals and strategies.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop project briefs, schedules, and oversee budgets for initiatives.
Promotional Initiatives: Create and implement promotional strategies to support programs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to align activities with business objectives.
Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, evaluate performance against goals, and address issues as they arise.
Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and outcomes.
Quality and Compliance: Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and policies.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
While this position is remote, occasional in-person meetings may be required.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Canva and WYSIWYG editors.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, customer-service orientation.
Ability to operate at both strategic and detail levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Capacity to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing demands.
