Project Manager

We are seeking a project manager plans, executes, and manages projects from start to finish. He / She will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication :
Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and upper management
Prepare status reports
Conduct meetings

Risk management :
Identify, assess, and control threats to the project

Stakeholder satisfaction :
Ensure stakeholder satisfaction
Coach, develop, and influence stakeholders

Project lifecycle :
Oversee projects through the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure

Qualifications
* Proven experience in project management.
* Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
* Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
* Experience working in a VA company or real estate and construction company is required.
* Proficiency with any project management software
* Budget management experience.
* Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
