The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be the linchpin that connects our creative, technical, and client-facing teams. You’ll be responsible for steering projects from concept to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and with the high quality our clients expect.

What You’ll Do:

Project Planning & Coordination:

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, and marketers) to ensure everyone is aligned with project goals.
Communication & Client Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Facilitate clear and transparent communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Process & Quality Control:

Implement and manage Agile or hybrid project management methodologies that have proven to work in fast-paced, digital environments.
Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks early, and adjust plans as needed to keep projects on track.
Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback and continuously improve processes.
Budget & Resource Management:

Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Assist in resource planning and allocation based on project demands and team capacity.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

3+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital or web-based projects.
Proven track record in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and teams, ideally using Agile/ScruUpgrade to see actual infothodologies.
Technical & Industry Knowledge:

Solid understanding of web development processes, digital design, and online marketing.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.
Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
Mindset:
