What You’ll Do:
- Spearhead innovative IT and creative projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Stay ahead of Web3 market trends and apply them strategically to project planning and delivery.
- Develop and oversee detailed project roadmaps that align with client objectives and company goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and clear communication at all levels.
- Anticipate challenges, manage risks, and pivot when necessary to meet project goals.
- Utilize cutting-edge project management tools to track progress, budgets, and deliverables.
- Present project updates with clarity and precision to stakeholders and upper management.

What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- A proven track record with 4-5 years of experience managing IT and creative-related projects.
- Deep understanding of Web3, NFTs, and blockchain trends, with the ability to translate them into actionable strategies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, or Notion.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Prior experience in crypto/web3 projects or a genuine passion for this space will put you at the top of our list.
- PMP or Agile certifications are a bonus but not mandatory—we value proven results over paperwork.
