Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee client communications, project coordination, and ensure the successful execution of web development, social media management, and other digital services. The ideal candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English, articulate, and have a strong ability to understand client needs and deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Communication: Attend client calls, take detailed notes, and ensure clear follow-ups.
• Email Management: Review, respond, and manage client emails professionally and efficiently.
• Project Oversight: Oversee and manage multiple projects across web development, social media, and other digital services.
• Strategic Planning: Understand client goals, align project execution with strategy, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with developers, designers, and other team members to ensure project deadlines and client expectations are met.
• Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet high standards before being shared with clients.

Requirements:
• Fluent in spoken and written English with no accent (clear and professional communication is key).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple projects and handling client relations.
• Ability to understand client needs and develop strategic project plans.
• Experience in web development, social media management, and digital services is a plus.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to handle fast-paced environments.
