Virtual Assistant Job Duties
Must have google voice number or a United states phone number ;
We specialize in purchasing properties and remodeling them for sale or rental purposes. The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating various aspects of the business, including contractor communication, property management, and administrative tasks. Below is a detailed list of responsibilities:
1. Property Rehabilitation and Remodeling Management:
a. Coordinate and manage work orders for property rehabs and remodels.
b. Obtain at least 2-3 estimates for services such as:
i. Flooring installation
ii. Painting
iii. Plumbing and electrical work
iv. Roofing and carpentry
v. Any other repairs or renovations related to property remodeling.
2. Contractor Coordination:
a. Identify and engage local contractors and repair professionals through
platforms like
b. Negotiate pricing, schedules, and ensure contractors adhere to strict
timelines for project completion.
4. Communication and Follow-Up:
a. Collect and respond to
payments, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach.
b. Maintain organized records of communication for follow-up actions.
5. General Administrative Support:
a. Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the efficiency
of property acquisitions, rehabs, and rentals.
This would require lots of phone calls and texting to contractors to try and obtain price estimates for labor and materials
