KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT PLANNING AND COORDINATION: As a Project Manager, you will develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, milestones, and deliverables. You will work closely with strategic partners and internal teams to ensure all projects align with deadlines and budgets. Coordinating efforts between installation partners and clients, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining project progress and addressing any challenges that arise.

TEAM MANAGEMENT: You will lead and oversee project teams, ensuring that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and effectively executed. Regular communication with team members will help resolve any obstacles and ensure alignment with project objectives. Leadership in this role will be critical to maintaining productivity and delivering successful outcomes.

SCOPE OF WORK DEVELOPMENT: Collaborating with the estimation team, you will prepare detailed scopes of work that include every necessary deliverable, from hardware and cabling to resource allocations. This role requires identifying and addressing potential gaps in the scope to ensure accuracy and completeness, preventing errors or rework.

BUDGET AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: This position requires diligent oversight of project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met without compromising quality. You will monitor resource allocation, labor costs, and material usage while identifying opportunities for cost-effective solutions.

QUALITY ASSURANCE: Partnering with the Quality Assurance and Safety Manager, you will verify that all installations meet SynergizeX’s rigorous standards. Ensuring safety protocols are followed and resolving quality issues promptly will be essential to maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence.

COMMUNICATION AND REPORTING: You will maintain consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Regular updates on project progress, risks, and completed milestones will be required, along with clear and timely reporting of any critical issues to upper management.

RISK MANAGEMENT: This role requires the proactive identification of potential risks, including delays, budget overruns, or technical challenges. You will be responsible for implementing effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to the project timeline and objectives.

DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE: Accurate and up-to-date project documentation is essential. You will use tools such as Fieldwire and Zoho Projects to maintain organized records. Ensuring compliance with company and client standards, you will manage and secure project-related materials, including contracts, drawings, and schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a minimum of five years of experience in project management, ideally within the low-voltage systems or security integration industries. A strong understanding of access control, cabling, intrusion systems, and audiovisual installations is essential. Proficiency in project management tools such as Fieldwire and Zoho Projects is highly desirable. Applicants must demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a proven ability to manage complex projects effectively.
