Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience as a project manager/coordinator.
• Smartsheet
• google suite (docs, sheets, drive),
• MS Office (PowerPoint, share point)
Key Responsibilities:
• To coordinate internal and external stakeholders (medical writers, marketing, physician faculty) deliverables, build project plans, follow up with deliverable owners, draft and manage communications, set up calls, ensure high quality on content deliverables by reviewing it before providing to next team.
• MDBC produces medical education and medical content assets based on clinical research data on drugs and therapies. The project managers work with medical writers and physicians to write the content, we update it into our formats internally and we market the content
• Faculty Coordination: Invitations, agreements, COIs, scheduling, tracking participation
• Meeting Coordination: Internal/external meeting scheduling, agendas, and summaries
• Content Management: Track outlines, drafts, and SCORM proofing tasks
• Survey Management: Send and track NPS surveys from faculty, MW, and clients
• Translation Support: Track translation progress, submit French content for programming
• File Management : Create/organize project folders, maintain version control
• Administrative Tasks: Budget tracking, invoice collection, and SharePoint management
