What You’ll Do:
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—designers, developers, and clients—to define project goals and requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Proactively identify potential project risks and solve issues before they impact delivery.
• Serve as the primary client contact, keeping them informed and expectations managed.
• Lead project meetings and foster seamless communication between all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
• Oversee testing and quality control to ensure all deliverables meet high standards.
• Assist in resource allocation to optimize team efficiency and productivity.
• Continuously seek ways to refine and enhance project management processes.

What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of proven experience managing digital projects, ideally in website creation or marketing.
• Experience working in an agency or e-commerce environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and laser-focused attention to detail.
• Fluent English communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Trello, Jira, or Asana.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies is a bonus.
• A passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices.
