Our offerings include listing photography, video, drone, 3D tours, and branding media. Job Overview: This hybrid role combines project management, customer support, and social media outreach responsibilities. The position focuses 60% on project coordination and customer support while dedicating 40% to social media outreach and lead generation. The ideal candidate will manage media projects, maintain client relationships, and drive business growth through strategic social media engagement.
Primary Responsibilities:
Project Management & Customer Support (60%)
Manage, proof, upload, and retouch photos and video deliverables daily
Quality control of all media deliverables and send to clients before 12 PM
Book and coordinate projects through our booking portal, phone, and
Assign tea
Provide comprehensive customer support via phone,
Guide clients through project status updates and media downloading processes
Assist in creating and updating SOPs for project coordination and media editing
Manage support tickets and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM
Social Media Outreach & Lead Generation (40%)
Research and engage with realtors in the Charlotte and Lake Norman areas on Instagram and
Build relationships through strategic social media interactions (likes, comments, DMs)
Track lead generation efforts and maintain organized follow-up systems in HubSpot
Initiate and nurture conversations to generate booking calls
Provide insights on engagement trends to improve content strategy
Represent Open Range Media's brand voice in all communications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
Professional phone presence and confident communication skills
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and social media platforms, specifically Instagram and
Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom
Proficient in Google G Suite and general office software
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication with a personable, professional tone
Preferred Qualifications:
Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software experience
Understanding of the real estate industry
Previous experience in social media outreach or lead generation
Background in virtual assistance or customer support
