Position Overview:

Client is seeking a Project Manager who can act as a linchpin for multiple projects, ensuring that various initiatives stay on track. This role requires someone who is a self-starter, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple moving parts across content creation, course delivery, digital marketing, and operations. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:
• Oversee the execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring all milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.
• Manage the day-to-day progress of initiatives such as course launches, social media campaigns, email marketing, and content development.
• Maintain and track project plans, timelines, and deadlines to keep all stakeholders informed and projects moving forward.

Operational Management:
• Work closely with the CEO and other team members to optimize workflows and ensure smooth operations across various departments (marketing, content, sales, and customer service).
• Implement project management tools like Trello or Asana to improve organization and transparency in project tracking.
• Liaise with external contractors (e.g., tech support, marketing agencies) to ensure timely execution of tasks.

Content and Program Launches:
• Coordinate the scheduling and rollout of online training programs and courses, ensuring that all elements, from content creation to marketing, are aligned and executed seamlessly.
• Oversee social media content scheduling and email marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and key initiatives.

Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that communication is clear, consistent, and timely.
• Report progress and identify potential issues or bottlenecks in projects to leadership.

Process Improvement:
• Proactively identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and project workflows.
• Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed and updated as necessary to reflect current best practices.
• Proven experience in building workflows and SOP’s to streamline the business and increase efficiency
• Highly experienced in using AI tools such as Chat GPT, is able to build custom GPT’s to make the team as agile as possible

Key Qualifications:

 Experience:
• Project management experience, preferably in a small business or entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong track record of managing digital marketing campaigns, online content development, or educational program launches.
• Experience working with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.

Skills:
• Little to no accent on verbal English, excellent written English. You will need to directly interact with our English speaking team written and verbal daily.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work under pressure
• A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders across time zones.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to manage systems like CRM tools (ActiveCampaign), content scheduling platforms, and other digital tools such as ChatGPT, Calendly, Social Media Scheduling platforms

• A team player who is flexible and can adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for deadlines and results.
• Ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to operational challenges.

Work Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours a week) position with flexibility, but availability to work during overlapping UK/US hours is essential, particularly during late afternoons and evenings UK time.
Salary: Php 67, 200 - Php 89,000 per month or $1,200-1,600/month depending on experience and skills.
