Project Execution Specialist (Advanced AI experience required)

The Role:
As our Project Execution Specialist, you will work closely with the Owner/Founder and executive leadership to bring a diverse range of projects to life. Your role will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and optimizing systems and processes that drive our business forward. You’ll be the bridge between visionary ideas and practical execution, ensuring that each project is delivered with excellence and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Management:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement innovative projects.
- Lead initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Break down complex processes into clear, actionable steps.

Innovation & Automation Projects:
- Develop AI Agents: Create and manage AI solutions to automate manual tasks.
- Streamline Unit Turnover: Build systems and processes for efficient apartment unit turnover.
- Team Onboarding & Training: Design and implement comprehensive training and onboarding systems.
- Centralize Company Data: Expand our use of Notion to create a company-wide Wiki and optimize our data management.
- Real-Time KPI Dashboards: Develop dashboards that display key performance indicators in real time.
- Integration & Automation: Utilize tools like Zapier to integrate and automate various tasks and workflows.

Day-to-Day Administrative Tasks:
- Manage scheduling, email inboxes, and calendar coordination.
- Conduct data entry, research, and list building (e.g., compiling target company and owner contact details).
- Provide general administrative support and streamline operational processes.

What We’re Looking For
Technical & Project Expertise:
- AI Experience: Proven experience building AI agents and developing advanced prompts.
- Project Management: Demonstrated engineering or project management background.
- Process Optimization: A keen eye for identifying and implementing improvements in systems and processes.
- Automation Savvy: Experience with Zapier and other integration/automation tools.
